Dr. Andes has served in various capacities in public education in Maryland including teacher, coach, Assistant Principal,Principal, and Assistant Superintendent in the Harford County Public School System. For sixteen years, Dr. Andes served as the Superintendent of Schools for the Worcester County Public School System. Currently, he is a Professor of Practice at Salisbury University and he serves as the Executive Director of the Eastern Shore of Maryland Education Consortium. He is passionate about helping students learn by building capacity in teachers and leaders.
