61 Action Research: Putting It All Together - From Student Needs to Teacher (and Teacher Candidate) Evaluation

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

This workshop will delve deeply into how the effective use of action research by teachers and teacher
candidates can pull together  The Common Core Standards, data driven instruction, professional development and teacher (as well as teacher candidate) evaluation, within a clear and effective model for teaching and learning. Participants will be engaged with the action research process, analyze action research product rubrics, and participate in activities that connect action research theory to teacher-as-researcher practice. Participants will learn how the action research process, applied in the school setting, is an excellent fit with Charlotte Danielson's Framework for Teaching.
