In this three part session, WCPS Superintendent, Principal of Emma K Doub Elementary, Library Media Specialist, and 2nd grade classroom teacher will share the vision, challenges, and success of going 1:1 with iPads/iPod Touches.  Part 1 of 3 – WCPS Superintendent, Dr. Clayton Wilcox will share a vision of 21st century teaching and learning.  Participants will learn from an elementary principal how Emma K Doub Elementary developed and implemented a Common Core aligned instructional plan, infused technology into
student centered instruction, created online learning communities for staff and students, and focused on digital literacy and collaborative writing.
