2013 Research Paper winner, Dr. Doug Elmendorf will share findings from his research study. 

This session will share the consensus among experts of what should be contained in a classroom observation tool that simultaneously facilitates the evaluation of pedagogy and technology integration in K-12 learning environments.  The study resulted in a list of 30 indicators.
